Job Profile:
- Looking for a self motivated person who has experience in handling SEO teams.
- The candidate should have excellent command over English and should be able to allocate & handle tasks with ease.
- Should have sound knowledge of off page -on page like directory submissions, article submissions, Social Bookmarking, Forum posting & link building.
- Should have advance knowledge of optimizing Flash, Ajax etc.
- Total experience should be 4 years.
- Should have more than 1.6 year of team handling experience.
Job Describtion :
- Competition analysis
- Identifying and eliminating design issues
- Optimizing tags, content and hyper links
- Developing index able sitemap
- Rectifying redirects if any
- Recommending URL naming concepts
- Fixing site navigational issues
- Submit to relevant engines and directories
- Modifying listings based on real time data
- Researching current keywords and optimizing further
- Identifying new keywords and creating content pages that are of interest
- Improve backward links by identifying sites that are worth linking to
- Revision of descriptions, tags and content to suit user activity
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- An in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimisation and factors that influence high rankings in Google
- Producing regular audits of the performance of the website making recommendations using your SEO skills / Knowledge to grow traffic on the site
- Produce ideas for new initiatives based on your keyword research data with an estimation of the likely impact to enable prioritisation of the work
- Working closely with key stakeholders in the company to support projects and make sure their delivery is “SEO friendly”
- Producing detailed SEO reports on a monthly basis detailing the impacts made by your work
- Maintain a record of all SEO implementations made on the site
- You will be expected to stay upto date in new developments in SEO and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improving search engine rankings.
- SEO and PPC plays key role in delivery.
- Experience of web analytics tools like Indextools, Crazy Egg etc, using a CMS, an understanding of the impact they have on SEO. HTML skills. Basic programming
