Job Description:  

• Working on the social medias to create a Branding for E-Business and Anbakam
• Monitor the social media landscape for the organization. Conduct analysis & reporting on findings and direct feedback to appropriate team
• Create and oversee a well-defined, expeditious process for legal and compliance review to compete effectively in the social and mobile media space
• Selectively follow-up with customers who have been identified through social media channels with a focus on collecting additional information and working with other departments to ensure customer service issues/queries are resolved
• Plan, create and post content to Organization to drive engagement with community members
• Work with marketing team lead/manager to establish social media strategy, goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring effectiveness of social media activities
• Develop and execute dynamic and innovative social media campaigns that support Company”s key marketing initiatives
• Help to identify key vendors for tool/platform evaluation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor”s Degree required
• Minimum of 2+ years of marketing or related experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Social Media Experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
• Requires excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and balance several important projects at one time
• Experience with Social Media monitoring tools a plus
• Must possess a solid understanding and passion for most social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, Foursquare, Flickr, blogs and others
• Excellent problem solving skills – must be resourceful and creative with solutions
• Requires strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to interact and work with employees from all levels of the organization
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with web and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Javascript, a plus
• Experience with Social Media publishing platforms a plus
• Ability to distinguish and behave with a good sense of decorum; acting as a brand ambassador is absolutely required
